Everyone was fantastic to work with from Jason (to staying in tune with our calls for pricing changes), to Julian (to manage our project remotely), to Lance (to manage onsite and taking charge and troubleshooting), Blake (for his great ideas to add forms to the app for the first time at our event), and everyone onsite. Everyone worked together as a team and worked well with each other. It was great to get to know the our onsite AV folks more. We like to see you as a partner, and less as a vendor/client.

Partnering with Vario Productions has proven to be an exceptional choice for our 2024 U.S.-Africa Business Summit. From our initial meeting through to the successful execution of the event, their performance has been outstanding. Julian, Lance, and Shayna have exceeded our expectations, and Saleem and Tim provided invaluable support during the early stages. Our Leadership Meeting was a great success and your team played a vital role in ensuring that everything ran smoothly and professionally. As always, you were excellent at managing our many requests and changes. You were able to help us execute and produce two great events. We lost a key member of our event ecosystem mid-year and the Vario team was great at helping us understand our options and how to maximize our budget. Sales and account team were responsive and helpful, and the technical director went above and beyond for us at both events. He was a HUGE help to me specifically, but also to our entire team. Really glad we had someone who had been with us before and could help smooth everything out.

I absolutely loved working with Kyle and team. I have endless great things to say about him and his ability to help me in putting on one of the best kickoffs our team has ever had. From pre-event support (emotional and tactical) to during event, Kyle was a dream. He helped me work through a minute by minute run of show, gave amazing advice on how to handle various situations from stage size to setup and my own arrival time. Kyle supported on site with so many small things and went above and beyond to make sure the event was a success. He and the team executed a last minute zoom call panel that was a life saver and in general, made sure to cover all bases throughout the days we were together.
