- Fully branded with customized pages. With an easy-to-use Agenda and a “Watch Live” Page, both audiences utilized the platform throughout the event. The “Watch Live” page also provided the interface for audience participation through the chat and Q&A module, bringing all the participants together virtually.
- Live updates were made mid-event for Award Winners after they were announced to celebrate their outstanding achievements.
Hybrid Event Experience Production
- Prior to the event, Vario assisted in producing a pre-recorded Welcome Video for Platform Home Page to greet attendees as they logged in for the first time. This was a great way to set up the expectations for the event and key takeaways
- Audio, Video, Lighting, and Cameras On-site in Florida
- Streamed out to a virtual audience of 130 employees
- Vario brought in several remote presenters, allowing them to give their talks in real-time, one with a software/product demo. They were able to hold Q&A with an in-person moderator who fielded questions from both audiences seamlessly.
