With only a three-week pre-production window, Vario partnered with MAG Experiential to deliver full-scale production for Snapdragon NTX 2025, turning a compressed timeline into a high-impact experience across the general session and upgraded breakout rooms. Our team quickly aligned on show flow, content priorities, and room-by-room technical plans. We then drew on Vario’s in-house inventory to move fast on LED, audio, lighting, and scenic solutions without sacrificing quality or control.
The general session featured a curved LED wall as the visual anchor, supported by stretch-fabric scenic flats with integrated monitors, while enhanced breakout AV ensured clear communication and a cohesive look across the program. This tightly coordinated execution supported Snapdragon’s training curriculum, kept sessions on schedule, and elevated attendee engagement throughout the event.
