For the 2025 Paylocity Leadership Summit, Vario delivered full-scale production across the general session, breakout rooms, registration footprint, and reception environments, ensuring every touchpoint felt connected to the same leadership story. The experience was anchored by a 16’4″ x 36’ LED wall that supported dynamic content, presenter visibility, and brand-forward visuals, all within a union labor venue that required precise planning and clear communication with onsite partners.
The program demanded advanced coordination across vendors and internal teams, transparent budgeting and proposal work that gave Paylocity clear options and tradeoffs, and executive-level rehearsal support to refine keynotes and leadership presentations before showtime.
