With just an 11-day pre-production timeline, Vario delivered full-scale production for DXC Technology’s FY26 Sales Kickoff in Dallas, supporting their first event with us as a new enterprise client partner. The program required tight cross-team coordination, rapid technical planning, and onsite content workflows that could flex with last-minute updates while keeping leadership and stakeholders aligned.
From initial vendor selection through show execution, Vario provided highly responsive client support, anticipating needs and simplifying decisions under a compressed schedule. Acting as an extension of the DXC team, we aligned general session staging, branded lighting, touchscreen kiosks, and the Offering Pavilion activation with DXC’s sales messaging, product storytelling, and visibility goals to create a cohesive, enterprise-level SKO experience that felt polished, on-brand, and built for sales impact.
