Vario partnered with AUTM for their 2026 Annual Meeting in Seattle, continuing a multi-year relationship since 2021. The event drew over 1,400 attendees, bringing together a large community of university technology professionals for several days of shared learning.
Vario provided full production services across the general session and 18 breakout and ancillary spaces running simultaneously throughout the venue. Acting as an extension of the AUTM team, we helped deliver a cohesive experience as attendees moved between sessions, conversations, and programming tracks. To create a unified experience across every space, our production team maintained alignment across planning, creative, show flow, and onsite execution. This consistent approach reinforced the long-term partnership between Vario and AUTM, supporting continued collaboration on future events.

Impact
As AUTM transitioned to a new lead planner for the 2026 event, continuity within Vario’s production team helped maintain momentum and preserve institutional knowledge. Returning project management and technical leadership created clearer expectations throughout planning and execution, supporting a cohesive experience across a large, multi-room environment.
