For A2LA’s AnnCon25, Vario delivered full-scale production across the general session, breakout spaces, pre-conference meetings, and a high-energy exhibit reception, creating a cohesive experience from the first session to the final networking moment. A signature Atomic Scenic Wall anchored the general session design, transforming the room with a branded, dimensional backdrop that framed presenters, supported dynamic content, and reinforced A2LA’s visual identity. Behind the scenes, Vario coordinated audio, lighting, and room-by-room technical support to maintain seamless execution in every environment. As A2LA’s production partner for four consecutive programs, Vario ensured continuity in quality and experience while evolving scenic elements, content presentation, and room designs to keep the conference fresh, engaging, and aligned with returning attendees’ expectations.
